you have to crawl first


Well today we were crawling again on all fours, on asphalt, trying to keep our knees inches off the ground, coordinating arms and legs. I'm not sure why Roy enjoys it so much, but it all feels so uncoordinated. I can't believe that we have made it 5 days per week for two camp sessions. And there are only two days left. The last 3 weeks have gone by so fast. We are stronger but now Roy keeps us moving with only 30 seconds between sets of exercises. Lots of line stuff (including the crawling) plus 1-leg squats with weights. A least we didn't have to do the squat holding the pole. Here is our group photo. We miss our Katie and Sherrie though. Hopefully they are working out where ever they are, but it can't be much fun.
